ReMilNet on Winning Team for $1.5 Billion Contract to Support U.S. Special Ops Command 06/07/2010 Jacksonville, Fla. – ReMilNet, LLC,
a multi-faceted consulting firm, announced today
that it is on the winning team for an indefinite
delivery, indefinite quantity (IDIQ) Global
Battlestaff and Program Support contract to
provide services in support of U.S. Special
Operations Command (USSOCOM) as a subcontractor to
prime contractor, SRA International, Inc. The
multi-award contract has an estimated value of
$1.5 billion over five years if all options are
exercised.
USSOCOM’s mission is to provide fully capable
Special Operations Forces to defend the United
States and its interests, and to plan and
synchronize operations against terrorist networks.
ReMilNet will provide expertise in areas
including intelligence operations, military
planning, surveillance and reconnaissance,
biometrics, socio-cultural analysis, and
geospatial analysis.
Additional areas of support include acquisition,
logistics, and financial management.
