Project Teams
- ReMilNet uses small project teams on assignments. These teams include experienced personnel in areas that
are relevant to the customer. The teams are small and can adapt to shifting customer requirements over time.
These teams also share technical support staff which reducing the need for full-time staff on every contract.

Full-Time Support
- ReMilNet provides longer-term project support assistance. ReMilNet has staffed several longer-term
positions ranging from Anti-Terrorism Officers to Technicians and Administrative Assistants.

Transition Support
- Do you have someone ready for retirement, but worry the institutional knowledge will leave after
retirement? With more than half of the current workforce retiring in the next several years, it can be
difficult to retain the historical knowledge and contacts of those about to retire. In order to off-set
the expected knowledge gap, ReMilNet offers Transition Support services. This allows customers to retain
their talent on a short-term basis, while hiring new personnel up to speed in the department.
Over 98% of our Team hold bachelors or
higher degrees and many also have specific certifications within their fields of expertise.
Our personnel have a military or civil service background and secret or higher clearances necessary
to perform many DoD specific tasks.
